Events in the Village throughout the Year
These events are run at the discretion of volunteers to whom we are always grateful for their ongoing efforts. Annual Events in the Village
Children’s Christmas Party in the village hall – Free Entry aimed at primary school children from Chetnole & Stockwood Parishes, it involves Christmas crafts; gingerbread decorating; snacks and fun!
Children’s Easter and Christmas Services at St Peter’s Church – the team do a great job of bringing these important festivals to life with interactive egg hunts and story telling
Duck Race or Teddy Bear Parachuting – these events alternate annually
Chetnole Flower Show & Fete – lots of children’s section items to enter, as well as games and stalls on the day.

Topsy Turvy Yetminster Toddler & Baby Group
A not-for-profit parent and toddler group in Yetminster, Sherborne. They meet weekly during term time on Tuesdays from 9.30am to 11am. Children can enjoy free play and seasonal activities.
